New owners Armando Silva and Jesus Arceo have kept the restaurant's claim to fame pancake recipes and customers' favorite dishes, plus added more to the menu and treating customers to new dishes every month.
Customers can enjoy their favorite buttermilk and buckwheat pancake breakfasts as well as our famous skillets or try something new from the chef's special menu that changes every other month. Added to the menu , are House Specialties, such as the oven baked Apple Pancakes made with fresh apples and cinnamon sugar and the German Pancakes prepared with lemon and powdered sugar.
The swedish Pancakes are made with imported Lingon berries. Golden Brown Waffles can be ordered with apple and pecans or strawberries. New additions include an original recipe for a Cheesecake Pie with Banana frosting and Homemade Brownies.
Established in 1947 The Aurora Pancake House has been in the hearth of Aurora, IL for over 50 years, seving the community the best apple cake in the valley area.
